I feel so fortunate that there was a room available at Avantara Norton to help me with my hip fracture. The therapy team is incredible. They helped me in ways that I could never have imagined and taught me different ways to exercise my hip. They never gave up on me. I got along great with all of them, and they did their absolute best to get me walking again. I also want to thank the nurses and CNAs that helped me. Genevieve (nurse) was my favorite, and she is such a kind person. Tasia (CNA) was also very kind, and I felt a great connection to her. All in all, everyone was great. I would recommend Avantara Norton because they are outstanding! They are devoted to helping people get well.

My son chose Avantara Norton for my rehabilitation, and I am glad he did. The entire staff was friendly, especially the therapists. I liked that they had different plans for physical and occupational therapy. They worked together simultaneously to help me reach my goals. The nurses were also compassionate and helped me in every way they could. Everyone in the facility was so warm and helpful. I would recommend Avantara Norton to anyone needing therapy. ‘Everyone was great and kind. Everything about Jane welcomes you, and I really enjoyed Cody (occupational therapist), Brandon (physical therapist), and Cayla (occupational therapist).’ The therapy team was very instrumental in letting Orlyn go at his own pace. ‘I liked how they were flexible with how I performed.’ Orlyn also recognized all the kind nurses like Cindy (RN), who took a special interest in his needs and went the extra mile to ensure he was taken care of and comfortable. During my respite stay at Avantara Norton, I saw firsthand the quality care given to the residents. Everyone was genuinely happy, and I made many friends. There were fun activities to choose from each day, and everyone enjoyed them. Avantara has a lot of really good people that work there. Jayme at the front desk is amazing. She’s the first impression of the building and is friendly to everyone. I nominate her for employee of the month! And Greg in maintenance – you couldn’t find a nicer person! I went to Avantara Norton to regain mobility after surgery. The rehabilitation program was excellent. The therapists motivated me during my treatments. Because of them, I recovered, and I  am now back home. The entire staff was fabulous, and they are the nicest people. The facility was immaculate, and my room was clean.
