Visit with your Loved One

We are excited for your visit with your loved one.

Visitor Screening:

Each visitor will be screened for COVID-19 prior to their visit

Visitors will not be permitted to visit if they have COVID-19 symptoms, have a current COVID-19 infection or are in quarantine

Visitation guidelines:

Outdoor visits are preferred, and all visits should be held outdoors when practicable since then can be conducted in a manner that reduces the risk of transmission d/t increased space and airflow. If outdoor visits are not feasible, indoor visits may occur.

Visitation may occur in the resident room (depending on roommate/resident health/vaccination status) or the designated visitation area. Staff at the facility will direct you as to where the visit will occur.

Hand hygiene must be performed by the resident and visitor prior to and after visit.

Please bring your own mask. All visitors required to wear their mask, while on the facility campus regardless of vaccination status.

If the resident and visitors are fully vaccinated, they can choose to have close contact (including touch) while resident and visitor are wearing a well-fitting face mask and performing hand hygiene before and after. Regardless, visitors should physically distance (at least 6 feet) from other residents and staff in the facility.

No food or drink is allowed during the visit.

Please call the facility if you would like to bring a personal pet in for a visit to review the COVID19 pet visit requirements and to ensure the requirements of our Animal Visitation Policy are met.

Staff will allow for privacy during visits, however, monitoring of visitation will occur to ensure the use of face coverings and physical distancing of a least 6-feet is maintained.
